SO THERE ARE NO 'SURPRISES' AT CHECKOUT, I've included the 'flat rate' shipping for most of the countries in the world. I've reduced the price of print books (deducting the usual 30% from Amazon, iBooks, etc.) to make them easier to purchase. Please include the shipping costs for your country at checkout. The 'flat rate' is relatively slow, up to 30 days for some countries that require multiple handlers. If you want the expedited rate to your country, email info@firstsoundpress.com.
